Hockey France Player Contract
Presentation :
This is the official Hockey France Player Contract. This was started day 04/11/2017 and published day 06/11/2017. HAFF official document by Directeur Officiel de la Gestion de la HAFF.
Every player that want to be a professional Hockey France player needs to get a contract and to accept it. This paper also gives official transfer. For a transfer, the player need to send what its gonna be wrotten about transfers. Only copy then paste to an official of the HAFF or a official of the Hockey France. The manager also needs to copy and paste what it's gonna be wrotten.
The Hockey Player :
1. Comportement :The Hockey France Player have to show a neutral attitude. He dont need to be an asshole and he dont need to be a gentleman. Everytime that a Hockey France Player disrespect another player or official, he can have sanctions.
2. Official :To be an Hockey Player, you need a club and to be officialised by the HAFF. A Hockey Player can play for his national team without need to be officialised bu the HAFF except if he got the french nationality.
3. Playing :The Hockey Player have to come to his games except if he got a justificated fault (it can be about coach decision or personal one). The Hockey Player can only play with his official club and nationality (he can change nationality). He can choose the position he wants to play in but the coach can change if its in the tactic (if an striker is better as a winger, the coach as the right to do changements) but the ONLY position the coach cant put a player in, its goalkeeper.
4. Nationality : The Hockey Player can choose his nationality and got the right to play in his national team but he need to be picked.
The Hockey Coach :
1. Comportement : The Hockey Coach need to respect the Hockey Player and the officials of the HAFF or it will have sanctions.
2. Official : The Hockey Coach cant coach a team without an officialisation by the club and the HAFF.
3. Respect Game-Style : The Hockey Coach can change a Hockey Player persmission except a goalkeeper, if the Hockey Coach put a player to goalkeeper, he can be sanctionned.
The Transfer License By The Hockey Player :
I [Name of the Player] accept to quit my actual club [Name of Actual Club]. I accept to join [Name Of The Transfer Club] for [How Many Time]. I'm [Nationality] and i'm a professional HAFF player. I decided to go because [Why Change Club]. Thanks to accept my official Transfer Licence of Official Hockey Player.
The Transfer License By The Manager :
I'm the director of [Name Of The Club] and i'm having a new recrue [Name Of The Player] to come to my club for [How Many Time]. He is [Nationality of the Player] and he is a professional HAFF player. Thanks to accept my official Transfer Licence of Official Hockey Manager.
The Manager who sells the player, dont have to sign anything.
